As part of one of our Taste of California wine club shipments, we tasted a bottle of 2003 Estrada Creek Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcohol: 12.5%
Residual Sugar: 0.63 g/l
Cellaring: 2-3 years

Panel's Notes: Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and berries are echoed by complex, ripe fruit flavors in this soft, fruit-forward style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe tannins provide just the right structure for aging and balance.
